Hi allis there a way i can import SharePoint files (spreadsheets) direct to an access table?

In A2007 or later. "External Data > More> Sharepoint list

2007 - Thanks i have created the table with all the links (SharePoint list) in but how do you get the data from here into a query so you can join fileds to other tables?

Not sure what you are asking. Once you bring in a linked list you can treat it like any table. If you build a query just use it like any other table. What specifically are you having trouble with?

The table i have created using the SharePoint list only has URL's in not the field nor spreadsheets

Does not sound like you are linking to your correct list. There are some background/system lists and it sounds like you are linking to one of them. If you link to your data list it will look just like a normal table. You need to make sure you have the correct permissions.
