Sharing tab is missing on drives only

Win XP Pro SP2, sharing tab is missing on all local disks and external drives, however, the sharing tab is present on all folders.

Heres what I have done:

Simple file sharing has been disabled.
Drives are ntfs.
File and print sharing has been uninstalled/reinstalled. Server and workstation services are started.

All help is appreciated.
