I want to be able to give others access to folders on a network. When using the help file it said to right click the personal folder and set permissions but it is grayed out. The scenario I am dealing with is that I have a user that has a secretary and he wants that person to manage his contacts, calendar events, ect. The best situation is that while the secretary updates or adds data the other user can see the data in realtime. Any help that you can give would be appreciated.

What kind of installation of Outlook do they have? Is it for a Corporate Workgroup with an Exchange server that is being used or is the Internet Mail Only installation?

The permissions button is for when an Exchange server is being used with the C/W install. joegz

Thank you for your prompt input. I am looking into it. These particular users are only using it locally for synchronizing data into PDA's. I just happened to get a request to share data and I wanted to know what steps need to be taken to handle it. Thank you again.
