Does anyone know of a way to share Outlook 2000 calendars with another Exchange organization? My company uses Exchange 5.5 and the other company uses Exchange 2000. Is net folders the only way?

There is a way but it will help M$ keep the money rolling in !

If you are are using Outlook XP (no problem for Exchange 2000 users as I believe it is free as it is the default client) there is a "free" tool called Internet Free & Busy.

MS provide a Free & Busy server on the internet but you are supposed to be able to use an intranet instead.

I have tested it out and it appears to work well if a bit fiddly to set up as you need a MSN Passport if you use the MS F&B Servers.

There is a Kbase article Q291621.

I beleive the next Office 2K Service Pack may provide this functionality in Outlook 2000
