My office partners and I are trying to figure out the best design for a large ASP.NET project we are doing. I set up the prototype in Visual Studio as a solution with one project that contained many folders for each 'mini project' in our application suite. A co-worker wants to break out the sub folders into their own projects all in the same solution, which sound like it should be correct, but we're having trouble doing it. I started that way, but couldn't figure out how to share basic common files between the projects (like the header includes and images), so I put them all back into separate subfolders in one project.
We really want to get moving on the programming, but the basic file structure is holding us up. We'd really appreciate some pointers from those of you who've already tackled this problem.
Thanks,
Judy
