does any know where I can get some training on sharepoint designer 2007 we are in process or rolling out sharepoint services and I would like to use sharepoint designer to work on it.

I'm pretty much starting with Sharepoint too

I downloaded

and it seems a pretty good start, going through many of the tasks you want to do with it.

No matter what kind of training you get be sure to set up a virtual lab with WSS so that you can practice. You'll learn far more from doing than just watching.

I agree with RobertKaucher - there is nothing that can compare to hands on, so setting up a virtual lab and experimenting will help you out more than any tutorial.
