Hi Guys,
I help out a friend with their IT bits, because there are only 5 users spread over the country, we opted for a hosted exchange system using hosted sharepoint as a shared calendar and docs area.
the version of sharepoint is 2010, and their outlook versions are either 2007 or 2010. The exchange is running on 2010.
One of the users is complaining that something has changed, below is her email to me:
"Up until about a week ago, when I logged into the shared calendar, any new appointments that had been made after my previous login were highlighted with a green exclamation mark and stated something along the lines of “New appointment”.
This was very useful, as it enabled me to see instantly when new appointments had been made.
For some reason this is now no longer doing it. Please could you advise how to get this facility back?"
now, as this user is a couple of hundred miles away and I am not that familiar with sharepoint, can someone here help?
