SharePoint 2007 Workflow reports contain no data

I created a simple workflow in Designer 2007 (If value = data, then send email). When I go to view the SharePoint workflow reports, the Activity Duration Report & Cancellation & Error Report, it gave me this error message:

Error

Report contains no data.
Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.

Does anybody knows what this means and how can I make it work?

I Googled this problem (because I was having it), and I came across both your post, and a different source that purported to have the solution.

Apparently you need to turn "Usage Analysis" on for the workflow reports to function:
