SharePoint 2007 SQL Schematic

Hi I'm looking for a SQL schematic diagram of the tables that SharePoint 2007 uses and how they all hang together.
I realise that MS don't want us to mess there, but I want to write some SQL queries that will expose some of the information available, like for example a list of all sites with owners.
I've done some searching and can't find anything.
Can anyone help?

A fun thing to do would be to point Visio Enterprise Architect at a (DEV!) copy of the database. You'd at least get relationships, etc.
