Sharepoint 2003 Migration HELP needed

I'm trying to migrate from one WSS server to another.

I'm using the smigrate.exe tool and are trying with the following command:

C:\>smigrate.exe -w

http://andrea_udv/sites

-f C:\backupepj.fwp
28 Jun 2004 12:31:23 +0200 Site collection opened
28 Jun 2004 12:31:23 +0200 ERROR (possibly fatal):
ERROR: 6553609 Du har ikke tilladelse til at udfore denne handling.
28 Jun 2004 12:31:23 +0200 Site collection closed

I haved logged in with an account that is administrator on the Windows Server 2003...

What am I doing wrong ?

Its suppose to read:

C:\>smigrate.exe -w

Hello,

I am having the exact same problem and I have been struggling with this for some time now and I still have not gotten it to work. I have followed all the articles in the MS Knowledgebase and tried all suggestions people have given me, but with no luck.

I am also using an administrator account that has enough rights to do anything on the machine and on the SQL server.

If I manage to suceed in doing this I will let you know, perhaps you could do the same?
