Shared folders via VPN

Hi,

I am trying to share a folder on my home PC to access from work but getting issues.

I have shared the folder, and I can establish a VPN connection from my office to my home PC.

When I try to access my machine (e.g \\192.168.1.11) it prompts for a username and password. I try to use my loin, or any accounts that are on my home PC, but these all fail.

Even more odd is when I ENABLE the Guest accout, I cannot access the PC at all, I do not even get asked for a username/password.

Has anyone heard of this before or know how I can get round it?

My VPN connection is connected to the Vigor Router, not to the PC.

Try setting up an account at home with the same username and password that you use at work.
