I have a user that has two assistants and what he wants to do is have them, as well as himself, enter appointments into his calendar on their PC's and then he can sync his palm on his PC to update his calendar. He wants his assistants to be able to see when he is already schedlued or when he is free. Right now they write his appointments in his calendar and he enters them into his palm desktop. Is there a way to do this without using the web?

Thanks!

What calendar is everyone using?

I know if it's Outlook or Lotus Notes, you can have the assistants make changes or just view his calendar and then he can sync to that calendar. That way you don't need the Palm Desktop calendar.

Or, if he really likes the Palm Desktop calendar, he can put something like PCanywhere or Net Meeting or something on and then they can run programs on his pc remotely.

He likes using the Palm Desktop. Can you share the outlook calendar if you are not using Exchange?

You can using netfolder and email. Microsoft Knowledge Base Article Q258619

Use WeSync from wesync.com. It's free and it is just for the purpose you desire.
