Hi everyone. Is possible to share a E1 trunk on a SCN scenario??? I have 2 Avaya IPO 500 v2 R11 connected througth the Avaya Sip Line. One of them have a trunk E1, the other One don't have a trunk. Can I share the trunk between that 2 Ipos? [sad]

Yes. Use ARS to point the calls to the SCN line and add what ever you need to dial out from the second system. Example ARS N/Dial/9N/SIP-line. The out dial system will see the 9N and dial out the ARS. If you use the ?/dial/. you may need to create a new short code.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*

Thanks budbyrd.
I set it up like this:

I did a user rights configuration
Derechos_de_usuarios_yqkdgd.png

Line Group ID 60. It is the ARS that points to the site where I have the e1 trunk:

In the ARS, the ID Group Line 2 points to the IP Line that links me to Central.

Even so, when I make a call, it gives me a tone that he is dialing but the call does not come to my cell phone.

Thanks, for comments.[dazed]

Your user shortcode is stripping the 9 it needs to stay so it is passed to the system with the trunks, then 9 will hit that ARS table, which should dial out.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

In fact there is no real reason to have it hit an ARS table at all on the remote side since you want to hit the ARS table on the side with the trunks. Change the user shortcode.

This will work as long as the 9N shortcode still remains on the remote side. If you removed the 9N shortcode and added the ? to dial out directly you will need to make a new shortcode. You can use anything for the shortcode thats not in use and you need to add that to the front of the telephone number passed in the user shortcodee.

Example

User Shortcode
Shortcode: 9N
Feature: Dial
Telephone number: *75N
Line Group ID: 2

Remote site
Shortcode: *75N
Feature: Dial
Telephone number: N
Line Group ID: 50 (or whatever ARS table you use)
