shadowing

When I attempt a shadow session I get one of 2 errors.
error code 2. Cannot find the file specified.
or
error code 7044. Reques to shadow denied.

I've checked the U.M.Domains to make sure that the client was configured to accept shadowing and the Citrix Con. Config but must be doing something wrong.

Any ideas?

Can you offer up some more info like; Winframe or Metaframe on TSRV?, XP?, SP level, are you using the shadow task bar, etc.

On the 7044 err... from CITRIX...

Error 7044 or 7045: "The requested WinStation access is denied".

The user attempting to initiate the shadowing does not have suffient rights to shadow. Modify the rights for this user. In WinStation Configuration, highlight the WinStations in question and choose "Security" and "Permissions". Double-click on the selected user and give shadowing rights to the user or group. This is done by choosing "Add", selecting the group or user, giving them Special Access, and checking the shadow box.

I'm running NT 4 service pack 6 with Metaframe 1.8. I have gone into the connection config and chosen security and givin the selected user (administrator)full control. Still having the problem. I am using the shadow task bar because when I select the user from the admin page the shadow is greyed out.
