Shadowing XPa

I have a ctirix farm consisting of 4 server. I can shadow from 3 of the servers using a published wshadow. the 4th server tries to shadow but gets to the user recieving a message and no further eg. hangs with a black screen. Have tried a few things: Altering the screens size etc but nothing works. The clients are wyse terminals.

I had this same problem and found it was a shadowing configuration problem. Check this on the server that has the problem:

Launch Citrix Connection Configuration
Right-click ica-tcp
Select Edit
Click the Advanced button
At the bottom make sure the Shadowing is set to Input ON and Notify ON and make sure the Inherit User Config is NOT checked.
