I have a four farm Citrix Presentation server set up. i am able to shadow using the Administrator account via Access Management Console and the Shadow Taskbar. I have set a group of Non-Admin Shadowers which are in a Active Directory Global Group. I then; using Presentation Server Console created a policy that allowed the above people to shadow, then applied the policy to the Domain Users group and to all of the servers in the farm. I then proceed to open up the Terminal Services Configuration and edit the permissions and allow the Shadowing group full control, which included the remote control/shadow attribute. With all of this done proceed to log into a sever via RDP and open up the Shadow toolbar. It sees all the users, but when I go to shadow I get the follwoing message..
"Error: This session no longer exists on this server."
Has anyone seen this before? I have scoured the Citrix Forums and even the offical documentation; but nothing about this.
Any help would be appreciated.
