How is this possible. Many of our offshore Citrix users (shared desktop) are reporting that performance increases dramatically when we shadow their session. I also remember this being the case when we used remote control on regular Windows terminal server sessions. Anyone have any ideas?

Is it that the session seems more responsive to your mouse clicks etc when you are shadowing them?

Could it be bandwidth issues with traffic coming back from their sites.

Do you have any sort of bandwidth monitoring / management software/equipment that can monitor bandwidth per stream and packet loss in each direction?

Mike
