sh int command 1

When using the sh int command, one bit of information we get is the txload/rxload.

Does anyone know what interval the interface is polled to get this ratio?

Its 5 minutes by default..

You can modify it by doing the 'load-interval' command under the interface..

You'll also want to do a "clear counters" in global config every now and then...
