SFP - I have a Dn 1998 and type SFP What is SFP 1

Hi

I have a 61 running 21.45 with a DN 1998 and type of SFP. I cant find SFP in any docs I have. It would seem to be some kind of dangerous feature as a user dialed somthing like 199851 and thier phone was removed. i.e unequiped.

I would like to know what it is and how to remove it if I dont need it.
