SFCEI before DUSYI - reasonable or not

It doesn't harm anything but what is your purpose of doing SFCEI before DUSYI. SFCEI should be done in a much better way like fixing fault when there was a LIM isolation or removing and adding program units or adding magazine in a LIM. Its really up to you if you will do it or not.
