SFC doesn't replace files

When I run SFC I am requested to insert the CD and all goes smoothly with "SFC completed successfully" in my event viewer upon conclusion. If I immediately run sfc again I am soon requested to insert the CD. Checking "cancel" and subsequently the event viewer indicates the same file(s) are missing/corrupted each time I run SFC. I am using the slipstreamed CD from which the XPPRO SP2 was installed.
Any idea why SFC doesn't replace the files?

TIA.

Bill

I made a slipstreamed CD of XPPRO with SP2 and used it to upgrade from XPHOMESP2.

I didn't want to do format and clean install.

hwxcht, hwxjpn, and hwxkor dlls, appear to be handwriting recognition dlls for foreign languages, they are not normally part of XP, just guessing that they may be part of MS Office?

netwlan5.sys is something to do with PCI or PCMCIA Cards.

The first three may be something you can live without?

a search of C: found hwxcht.dl_ in windows\I386\lang and XP\I386\lang and hwxcht.dll in windows\system32\dllcache and windows\lastgood\system32\dllcache. Nowhere else. They may well be unnecessary to my system, but not worth worrying about.
A search of the CD showed hwxcht.dl_ at:
C:\Documents and Settings\Bill\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning\I386\LANG-----location files currently on the CD.
