Severe SMS Problems since reinstall

Hope anyone can help,<br>

since i stopped my testinstallation of SMS and moved it onto a new server with same Sitecode (SP1) i face many problems not been there before:<br>

1. SMSServer_SP1 acount gets locked out by one machine<br>
2. Selfdefinded collections don't get any updates<br>
3. Advertisments aren't processed and no distribution share is created on the dist-server<br>
<br>
The whole &quot;feel&quot; of SMS seems to be wrong and i think this belongs due to an error in moving the site to a new server. To accomplish this i installed a fresh copy of SMS and disabled all services on the old one. <br>
