Setup Voice Menu Definitions on a DID

hi I just setup a call center however is there a specific entry I must include when I ACD the number becuase when I dial it from outdside it says "enter a password for the menu you wish to access" it should go straight to the introductory message "welcome you have reached***** press 1to speak with bob, press 2 to speak with neil and for johnny press 3" what am I missing?

take the access password out of your menu service, the update password is the only one you need, it's for voice prompts access. a little strange the way thats done.
