I need help to setup remote printing. Setup as follows

West Coast - Static IP (74.xx.xx.xx)
Windows 2000 server (192.168.0.xx)
Terminal server
Small Access File database

East Coast - Static IP (69.xx.xx.xx)
Windows XP professional (192.168.1.xx1)
Brother Multi function laserjet machine (192.168.1.xx2)
Linksys router
brother 7820n multi function printer

Machine on the east coast connects to west coast server via VPN fine.
Open up access file database, make changes but when printing want it
to print to east coast printer (brother multi function), instead of
getting the file emailed and then printing it.

Any help/recommendation will be appreciated.

Thank you

Have you considered setting up terminal services? Depending on how many clients you have accessing this app, you may want to setup a TS environment so printing can be performed local to the user. Otherwise you can setup priter mappings on the server users connect to and then give them the ability to print to a particular printer from access. Hope this helps

How do I setup either of the solutions.

Thanks for the help!
