Setup Projects in Project Accounting

I am running into problem with project accounting. If anyone out there that knows Project Accounting please help.

I would like to track my project for direct and indirect labor by dept. What is the best way to go about setting up my projects?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by direct and indirect labour. If you could explain I might be able to be of more assistance.
