Setup phone to ring on ACD call

Hi,

I'm trying to setup the agent phone to ring on acd and no acd calls. Right now they are hearing the zip tone.

Do you mean they get a beep then the call comes thru?

You might want to try auto-answer set to none.

I set the auto answer to none and that solved the situation.
