Hi to all I am looking for a cost effective wireless network let me explain the scenario.
I want to provide internet connection to the apartments there are 4 apartments and each one is around 200 meters(radial distance) away from each other let me also tell you that each block in the apartment is networked i,e they are wired and they are on a LAN now my query is that I have a high speed broad band connection at one of the apartment and now I want share this with all others instead of taking a separate connection for each apartment I want to have them in the same network connected by a wireless network so that the servers in each apartment receive internet connection from the one which already has it and inturn share it with there respective blocks ,my question is this a feasible solution and what are hardware and softwares required at both the transmitting and the receiving end

Feasible? If you have a good signal strength between the apartments. But with everyone online at the same time you may have some slow d/l time for the web.

A wired broadband router approach would be simpler and cheaper.

i believe, `wireless bridges` would surely solve ur problem but its not cost effective...
