Setup backup agent Exchange 2000 failed 1

During Setup with the administrator account the setup fails
with the message

Failed to get the information for the specified account, EC=122

Whats wrong

Might be usefull to tell is what your config is ?
What OS / Backup software / agent / made a specific agent account ?

Sounds like a problem with the administrator account, I'd look at AD connectivity.

Ah, I'd forgotten the forum name mentioned backup setup, I was thinking Exchange setup. Giantrunner, a little more background info would help get you a good answer.

The OS is Windows 2000 (AD) and Exchange 2000 is on it.
I'am using the brightstor backup agent for Exchange and i use the administrator account to installit
