How to install a Java program in another machine (including adding the toolbar, etc.)
What s/w needed in that machine?

you don't specify what java program or software you want to install.

i suppose that you mean a java program you've developed. for running such a program you need to have installed the java runtime environment (JRE) of the same or higher version as the one on which the application was developped (downloading always the newest (usually) cannot do any harm)
