I've been requested to change the way one of our small business teams phone systems operate. Currently each M3904 phone is setup with two DN's an internal DN and an External Dn. The internal DN is a standard setup with Voicemail but the External DN is placed in a LIN Hunt Group without voicemail so its continually bouncing between the phones.
Now the new setup is to be a single DN per a phone with Voice Recording(NiceCall Focus) on each phone, The DN will be placed in a LIN Hunt Group but the last number will be a Group Voicemail Box. Now the part i'm having trouble with is the Manager would like to have an additional Voice Mailbox setup which all extensions would be diverted to when there in a meeting. He wants to be able to activate and deactivate this as required. How can i do this? is this something i'm going to need to be scripted?
