Setup Access code for long distance

Has anyone ever seen a setup where the users would dial an access code to be able to dial international long distance.
Right now we are using CLS and NCOS on the TN to allow this.
Really new at this so it probably sounds pretty basic I apologize for this.

If your system has the package AUTH, you can build Auth Codes in LD 88. Be careful to change those codes every 90 days, no matter what the users say, due to toll fraud. Get a letter from a manager or someone with authority to approve this change, to protect yourself.
