Setup a TAG (Temporary Abscence Greeting)

I've seen this feature listed on other Meridian setups, I was wondering how I can set this up/enable it on mine. (Thats even if my dinosaur can support it)

For Example

Temporary Absence Greeting
To Set up...
• Press 82 for greeting.
• Press 3 for Temporary Absence Greeting (TAG).
• Press 5 to record the TAG.
• Press # to end the recording.
• Press 9 to set the expiration date and time (Optional).
• Press 4 to exit the greeting.
• Press 83 to logoff.
To Delete...
• Press 82 for greeting.
• Press 3 for TAG.
• Press 76 to delete the TAG. Your regular greeting is restored.

This feature works on mermail...you just need to log in to your mailbox and follow the procedures you posted.

I think Temp Absence Greeting came out on MerMail 13.

it may have not sure...try it if it doesn't work then PEMpal is probably right

Temporary Absence Greeting is available on MM 12.

It is east to determine if the system has the TAG greeting: What do you hear when you dial "823"

That is the answer.

Yeah I get something like "That Selection is not recognized" response.

Wasn't sure if it was a feature added later on, or if I did had it, but it was just disabled somewhere.
