Setting up User Profiles in eCAS 1

Can you set up custom user profiles in eCAS? We have a recent install of eCAS and are interested in opening up reports to managers in the organization. However we want to restrict access to specific phone numbers. The managers should only see calls from specific departments and associates below them. Any insight would be appreciated.

Yes, you can set them up and give them permissions only to their cost center, so you need to take all the employees for one group and place them in a "cost center" then when setting up the manager just allow access to that cost center. I hope that helps let me know if you need more
 
Thanks for the information Klees and the suggestion of setting up by cost center! That confirms what I thought was possible. Now back to the business to let them know this is how to set it up.
