What is the first step in setting up terminal services. I have SBS, DSL router and 10 Win 2000 workstations. What would be the first few steps in setting up the termanl services? Will users be able to connect from the outside (like at their homes)? What will the users need to do to connect?

Thanks :)

Yes they can connect from home as long as the server has an static IP. If your just going to be running Terminal Services and not Citrix then all you have to do is make sure each of the workstations have the client to connect.
