Setting up rules in Lotus Notes

Could some one tellme how to set up rules in Lotus Notes.

In R6.5, open your mailbox, click on the Tools section in the navigator, and click on Rules.
You then get to the Rules view, where you can create a new Rule.

In my mail tools I do not have a rules section. Could this be because I am runing 4.6?

the rules button didn't show up until ND6. if you need help setting rules up in 4.6 or R5 let me know. it's been a couple years but i'm sure one of the techs here will recall how to do it.

I have lotus R 6.5.2 and also try to set rules but nothing...Even if I correctly set ;t up there ;s no act;on that I have set ...Also let me to tell that all rules are enable.
