Setting up remote ip phone on ip office 500v2 8.0.44

Iam trying to set up a remote avaya ip phone to work from home. I have opened ports 1719,1720,5060,49152-53247 on the firewall. Also i ran a Stun test from the ip office manager and Firewall/Nat type is at Full Clone Nat. When i plug my ip phone from home it starts to boot up but then it goes to discover with the outside ip of our ip office. What other setting am i missing to get an ip phone to work from home without using vpn settings.
