Setting up remote emergency access

I need to setup a way to trigger a Inclement weather message from home in case of snowstorms. I already made an extension for this, and added that extension to a hunt group that has a line in the inbound call flow. So if I was in the building I would log into the weather group and it would trigger the inclement weather message for all the inbound toll free phone numbers.
How can I do this remotely?

if the option is open try ch remote access make up a ddi number and a very good barrier code 10 digits or more is advisable.
This entry into system is cor and cos controlled and you can limited the time period and dates it can be used
when you dial the ddi you will get high pitch tone and then dial tone put in barrier code if correct you get dial tone if not you go to reception.
if you got the right code and dial tone you can use the feature access codes to record the announcement you need at any time.
