Hi,
I was hoping someone may have some information regarding setting an auth/pass/pin code to dial an internal DN. This is required as we have a PA System for a warehouse, which we wish certain people to be able to dial to make announcements via the DN.
We are using a Merdian 1 11c system (rel 24), the DN is an analogue line and has been set-up away from our external range. I have been looking through the docos regarding AUTH codes in LD88, but this seems to relate to dialing access outward (eg, allowing temporary access to international dial on a restricted phone, etc).
Have I just missed something obvious ??

Cheers,
Paul

Ihave never tried this, but what you are asking sounds resonable. However are you sure paging in an EXT, or a route. i have always been taught to set them up as a route (a port off of a trk card), then the access code rules would apply. i would have to do some reading, but give tis route a look.
