Setting Up OWA for Exchange 2003

I have Exchange 2003 running on a server 2003. Everything is setup fine and the email system is working. However i now want to setup OWA for email access externally but i can't seem to find any good documentation on how to go about doing this.

The enviroment is a single 2003/exchange server so i don't intend on having a FE/BE setup...well not at this stage anyway. Any help or even pointing me towards some documentation on setting up exchange/IIS/SSL to do this would be great.
