setting up Merlin magix call group so all phones ring at the same time 1

How can i get all the phones in a call group to ring at the same time. If no one answers then it should go to a voice mailbox.

Any advice is appreciated.

You need to set up a phantom extension with voice mail assigned to it. Then assign primary coverage of that extension to all the extensions in the group. It will ring all the phones and go to voice mail if not answered.
If you wish, instead of using a phantom extension, you can use
an actual extension and do the same thing, assigning primary coverage to the rest of the extensions in the group. This way
you'll get a message waiting light.
