Setting up Lucent Partner phone system to automatically dial numbers

And leave a recorded message automatically? I'm producing a career fair and wish to use my system to call people and let them know about this event. Can this be done on a parter ACS phone system? I'm happy to pay for the upgrade if someone knows how to do it and works in New England.

No can do on a Partner. You can do it on equipment attached to a Partner, but it will require the use of a telephony dialer like a war dialer to dial and deliver.
