I have a client who has just setup a new email address which needs to be collected via POP3 from their web hosting server.

I have looked through Exchange help and Microsoft's website and the notes they give are useless as they don't seem to give info on how to collect the info.

Anybody got the best place to find useful info on this.

You need a third party app to do so.
pocon is a good one, which supports multiple POP3 accounts, redirects and optional Anti-Virus.
If the answer is here, mark it, others can benefit from it too.

I too have a similiar problem. I have Exchange 2000 running on SBS 2000. I have the pop3 connector installed and configured and I have the smtp pointing to the servers.(all isp provided) I cannot seem to make it go. I can see the emails sitting in the sent items and they are not being received internally or externally. Any ideas?
