Can someone tell me the best way to set up call park on a 3300. The customer currently has a Nortel option 11c which I'm changing out. When the customer presses call park it comes back and says parked on 101.....then to pickup the customer just dials 101. I am trying to set it up as close to this process as possible. What should I enter in the call park assignment in ESM to get as close to the Nortel switch. Any help appreciated.

You will need an extension to park against. It does not need to be a real extension, it can be a key assignment. I typically use a spare ONS port.

Program park and retrieve buttons and designate the DN as programmed above.

Any caller pressing the Park key will get a response of a 2 digit number between 01 and 99. This number automatically increments with each use.

Retrieving the call requires pressing a retrieve key and the 2 digit number.

All of the above can be done using Feature Access Codes but this is the simplest.
