I have inherited an older Option 11 system (pre call pilot) that has a call centre queue and sets available. These sets were on the shelf and I punched some jacks into the TN's and set up 4 phones. They all have the programming on them for the main call centre extension of 5000.
I do not have or know if there is a DID into that extension (I know that we do not own the DID XXX-YYY-5000
However if I dial that internally then the sets ring and work as required.
What I need to do is set a DID number to FWD to that extension or figure out how I the extension 5000 is configured to receive call from external sources.
I have command line access to the PBX, however little experience in doing so.
My extension 5000 programming is:

Any help or ideas and suggestions would be appreciated. I need a call centre set up for about 2-3 weeks only so this is a temporary solution.

Kind Regards,

Cambo

LD 49 is your Incoming Digit Conversion where you can covert a DID to 5000

Any chance you can provide me with an example of this? Or point me to somewhere? Thanks

An easier way would be to take a spare DID number and build an ACD in LD 23. Set MAXP to 1 and NCFW to 5000, enter through all the other prompts until you seee REQ again. You should then be able to dial the external DID and get the ACD phones set up to ring.
If you have not already done so, print the TN's you are using and make sure the phone types all match up, or you could get some unexpected issues coming up.
