Hi

I'm having problems entering numbers in my speed call list.

I have the Speed call control button on my phone and i've entered all the numbers on to the list. And when i dail the 3 digit codes on my phone they dail the number with no problem.

But when i try on the other phones set up with the speed call button, they just get a busy signal.

right, but if you don't want to change ncos on phones you have to use system speed call lists which will overcome restrictions when set up properly.

there is a prompt that allows ssc to override ncos but i haven't used it in forever.. i want to say it's in the cdb

I'll try to explain what i'm trying to do. We are adding 11 phones into our DC, and the employees will be able to walk up to the phone and speed dial there team leads cell phone (which will be an outside call). We don't want them to be able to make outside calls to anyone or receive calls on that phone. So the only outside calls they should be able to make is to numbers on the speeds call list.

That's why i can't change the NCOS to 3. (Although that did fix my problem with the speed call going busy)

I'm not sure what i need to change to keep those restrictions in place.

Which list are you using? Is it a system speed call list (1), or the Individual speed call list (50)?. As has been suggested, use the system speed call list 0001 & allocate a range of numbers within it for your employees to use.
Just tell them the entries that you have used.

All the best
