Setting up a Resource

I need to set up conference rooms as resources and have a calendar available to all users. Does anyone know how I can do this? GroupWise made it very easy, but I have not figured this out in Exchange. [sig][/sig]

You can make a public folder that is a calendar.

we dont want to use public folders as they would like to be able to do busy searches, etc. any other ideas? [sig][/sig]

Check Technet article Q180424 Direct Booking of Resource without a delegate account. This is the way I did it and it works.
