Setting up a login password

I'm trying to set-up a password protected page for an access database within FrontPage XP. It is for specific users to upload information to the database.

I've tried setting up a form with a specific value field, but it keeps showing the correct value if you type it in wrong. What I would really like to do is establish usernames and passwords for the 5-10 people who will have access to post items to the database. Can someone help me?
