SETTING UP A CCR TREE

AGAIN CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?

HOW DO I SET UP A VERY SIMPLE CCR TREE IN CALL PILOT 2.0
I NEED JUST ONE SIMPLE COMMAND THAT SAYS IF NOT HERE DIAL JOE AT EXT 24, PETE AT EXT 25 ETC. DO I USE HOME MODE OR HOME MODE WITH TRANSFER. DO I USE A TRANSFER NODE OR DO I USE A MAILBOX NODE?

Not to be mean, but you really should get the call pilot installer manual. It will state in their how to set up the ccr tree step by step. To type the directions on the post is a real project, thats why know one has taken the time. They would just be retyping something that is already documented. If you pick up the manual it will be money well spent. You will get great use out of it. Just A tip don't set up your auto attendant message like that. Make it as general as you can. Don't announce names with extensions. example Jim Smith ext 225, Peggy Green ext 226. What will happen down the road is that when Jim Smith quits, gets fired, or dosen't like his extension anymore you will have to change the auto attendant message over and over again. It's a pain. Record a generic message. If you still go with the oringinal message buy the manual you will be in the CCR tree often, so the purchase will be worth it.
