Setting up a Call Pickup Group

I have an NEAX 2000 IPS with Inaset 240G phones. I am trying to set up a call pickup group, but I can't seem to get it to work. What are all the commands needed to set up a call pickup group?

You need:
CMD16, y = 0
CMD20, y = 0-3
CMD90, y = 00

CMD 16 is to program the pick up group
CMD 20 is to assign the access code for the pick up group feature
CMD 90 is to assign the pick up button to a Dterm key

And don't forget to complete the circle of the group and repair the circle on any groups you take extensions from.
