Does anyone know if there is a way to set an expiration for data collected by SMS? I'd like to set it so that any data that is older than 10 days is deleted or refreshed. Problem is, when I run my reports, it's also listing data from machine that no longer exist or the information on a selected PC is just plain out of date? Any ideas?

Setting threshold for Collection Data

Using MMC, go to Systems Management Server, Site DAtabase, Site Hierarchy, Site Server Name, Site Settings, Database Maintenance, Tasks. Right click on Delete Aged Collected Files, make sure Enable This Task is selected, and Delete Data Older Than (you plug in how often you want SMS to cleanup the database). You can even schedule it to run on the weekends, for example.
